Classes will be offered during the 2011-2012 academic year beginning Monday, August 29, 2011 and continuing through June 2, 2012. We feel that ballet should be studied under the close supervision of qualified teachers, and ask that students not practice at home unless they have been instructed to do so. Students are welcome to make up classes they have missed due to illness or school vacations within one month of the absence.

Christmas and New Year	December 19, 2011 - January 2, 2012 (school reopens Tuesday, January 3)

Presidents' Day	February 20, 2012
Spring Break	April 2-8, 2012 (school reopens Monday, April 9)
Memorial Day	May 28, 2012

Class Schedule for 2011-2012

IMPORTANT - We have changed from 3 terms to 2 terms! The yearly rates are the same as last year.

Terms are approximately 18½ weeks in length, and term payments are due by the first day of each term. Scholarships are available for students with an aptitude for serious ballet training and who have financial need.

FIRST TERM	August 29, 2011	through	January 14, 2012
SECOND TERM	January 16, 2012	through	June 2, 2012

Parents and friends are invited to observe Level I and higher classes the first week of every month. Visitors are not permitted at other times unless prior arrangements have been made. Pre-Ballet classes are open for observation every month or every other month at the teacher's discretion, as very young students are easily distracted and sometimes have problems focusing on class when parents are watching.

Private Lesson Schedules

Private and semi-private lessons may be scheduled for students who desire to advance quickly, who have special problems, or who are transfer students who need to catch up to their level. Please contact the school to arrange times.
