Termination of Attendance
Our school policy is: 5 weeks notification must be given in writing before termination of attendance.
Students under the age of 6 may give 2 weeks’ notice of termination.
Tuition will be charged until we receive your termination notice in writing. 

Make-up Classes and Refunds
Students are entitled to make up any classes missed due to holidays or illness before the end of each term. Students may also make up a class in advance. Make-up class date(s) can be written in the Absence Form or you can email us the dates.

Refunds will only be given on case of extended illness or moving. Please email or speak with the office if you have concerns.
