Diana Lee

Diana grew up and attended high school in Texas where she trained and danced as a company dancer at Edinburg Dance Theater and at Texas Christian University. Through college, Diana danced contemporary roles with the Rice University Dance Troupe and various roles with the Marching Owl Band. She danced on-and-off once she started her career as a mathematician. After Covid, when her youngest daughter started college, Diana returned to ballet. Diana’s ballet training is heavily influenced by Marnie Trounson, former soloist of the Royal Ballet. Diana has performed the Russian Girl and the Waltz Girl in Serenade, La Sicilienne Emeralds variation from Jewels, and the My One and Only variation from Who Cares. As a teacher, Diana enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for dance, strives for a supportive environment, and emphasizes technique and expression in dancing.
